2. Use of the Apps
The Apps are provided for the purposes described in their respective listings. Features, device compatibility, and advertising may vary by App and version.
You are responsible for appropriately maintaining the device and network environment you use to access the Apps.

You must not use the Apps unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the Apps or related services, or attempt unauthorized access or circumvention of security measures.

Some Apps may display advertising through third-party services such as Google AdMob. Some Apps may also use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand usage and improve app quality.

6. In-app purchases and paid content
Some Apps may offer additional content or features for purchase, including through in-app purchases. Prices, included content, and conditions of use are shown on the relevant purchase screen or store listing.
Payments, cancellations, refunds, and conditions for using purchased content are governed by the terms disclosed at purchase, the applicable distribution platform terms, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits users’ rights under applicable law.
7. Changes, interruptions, and discontinuation
We may change, interrupt, or discontinue an App for reasonable reasons, including improvements, maintenance, and security. Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate material changes through the App or our website.
8. Warranties and liability
We strive to maintain the quality and security of the Apps, but do not promise compatibility with every device or environment, fitness for every particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Any liability arising from use of the Apps will be determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our Game Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, and shared. Actual features and third-party SDKs vary by App.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary, including due to changes in law or our services. We will post revisions on this page and provide notice or seek consent where required by applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections or remedies available under the laws of your country or region of residence.
