Introduction

Yaya LLC ("we," "us," or "our") has established this Privacy Policy to explain how user information is handled in the game applications we provide (the "Apps").

The Apps do not require account registration, and users are not asked to directly enter information such as their name, address, or telephone number in order to use the Apps.

The information actually transmitted may vary depending on the user's device, operating system, advertising settings, consent choices, and the specifications of the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

Use of Analytics Services

Some Apps use Google Analytics for Firebase, an analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the Apps are used and to improve their quality and functionality.

As a result of using Google Analytics for Firebase, the following information may be automatically collected and transmitted from the user's device to Google:

• Usage information, such as app launches, screens viewed, and events occurring within the Apps
• Device and app information, such as operating system, device model, and app version
• Approximate geographic information inferred from the IP address
• App-instance IDs and other identifiers used by the analytics SDK

The information actually collected may vary depending on the user's device, operating system, settings, consent choices, and the specifications or configuration of Google Analytics for Firebase.

Purposes of Use

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Apps, investigate communication failures and other technical issues, prevent unauthorized use, respond to inquiries, understand how the Apps are used, and improve their quality, functionality, and usability.

Google may use information transmitted through Google AdMob to deliver and optimize advertisements, measure advertising effectiveness, analyze usage, detect and prevent fraud, and maintain and improve its advertising services.

Information collected through Google Analytics for Firebase is used to measure and analyze App usage and to support improvements to the Apps.

Transmission of Information to External Service Providers

Through our use of Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase, the information described above may be transmitted to Google and handled in accordance with Google's privacy policies and related terms.

Advertising Controls

Depending on the device and operating system, users may be able to reset or delete their advertising identifier, manage tracking permissions, or limit personalized advertising through the device's privacy or advertising settings.

Google's ad personalization settings can be reviewed or changed throughGoogle Ad Settings. Advertisements may still be displayed even if ad personalization is disabled.

Information Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure.
